1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ae999 ("ae999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ae999 platform at ae999.bar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ae999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ae999 platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration

4.2 Verification Delays

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ae999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is Rs 500. ae999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name on the ae999 account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. ae999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours following successful KYC verification. ae999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on ae999 are denominated in PKR. ae999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside ae999's control and are the player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ae999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly at the time of each offer.

All bets placed on ae999 are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport in question. ae999 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A bet was placed after an event outcome was already known (late betting).
• An obvious pricing or system error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered in a way that materially affects the result.
• There is reasonable evidence that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

ae999's decision on the settlement of bets is final. In the event of a dispute, players may submit a formal complaint via [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed settlement. ae999 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ae999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity without their explicit consent.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the ae999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ae999 staff or other players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access ae999 systems in an unauthorised manner.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ae999 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of ae999 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ae999 content without express written permission from ae999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ae999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ae999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. ae999 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime where practicable.

ae999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ae999's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the ae999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using ae999, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ae999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

12. Responsible Gaming
